Document Processing
The concerned institution will check all the documents and advise for the necessary preparation

Apply to Immigration Office
All the prepared documents are submitted to the concerned immigration office
STEP - 06
Confirmation of Eligibility
- Immigration office will announce the result of the applicants
- Those who receive the COE's are eligible to apply for visa in Japanese Embassy in Kathmandu, Nepal
STEP - 07
NOC from MOE
No objection certificate issued by the Ministry of Education is needed to send the needed amount to the school account in Japan
STEP - 08
Transfer Academic Fee
After receiving the NOC, swiftly send all the agreed School Fees and Hostel Fees at the School Account by swift
STEP - 09
Japan Embassy
After receiving the needed School Fees and Hostel Fees, school sends us the original documents together with COE
STEP - 10
Visa Processing
- After receiving all the Original Documents, we will make your necessary application to apply in embassy of Japan in Nepal.
- Embassy can reject your application if your language is weak or grant you visa.
STEP - 11
Pre-Departure/Flight
- After having received the visa stamped in your passport, we will arrange you the pre-departure information session.
- Please know of the challenges and opportunities, rules and all about your further career in Japan
- Now it's time your board your flight. Make sure you have the ticket to fly
